Who You Are

You are an experienced analyst, with excellent SQL skills and strong experience with modern BI tools and enthusiasm for the modern data stack. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex topics to a variety of stakeholders.

You’re a generalist with a startup mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude. You thrive in an environment where you can learn new technologies and tackle unfamiliar problems. You’re keen to take ownership and work directly with people from all areas of the business to build solutions that help us scale the company - impact drives you.

Experience with modern data tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Stitch or Airflow would be beneficial.

As we are a global company with headquarters across the EU, any additional language competencies would be an added bonus.

What You'll Be Working On

• Define, maintain and communicate key metrics that directly determine our strategic and operational decision-making processes
• Building and maintaining data products to track KPIs, answer questions and uncover new insights
• Collaborating with people across the company to enable them to self-serve Business Intelligence through Looker, our BI platform of choice
• Prototype, design and build ETL pipelines, using dbt and Fivetran, that transform raw data from our internal and external systems into a format suitable for querying
• Doing deep-dive analysis of data to both test specific hypothesis and generate new business insights
