Job Description

Bonafide is looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Analytics Manager to join our growing analytics team. This role is responsible for supporting commercial stakeholders in strategic decision-making as we grow to a $100M+ omnichannel brand. This person will lead efforts to evolve our insight-gathering, analysis, and reporting functions across all aspects of our eCommerce platform, with a focus on lifecycle marketing and customer retention. These efforts will be critical in improving customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, revenue growth, and profitability. The ideal candidate is visionary, attentive, and adaptable, capable of problem-solving within complex systems and collaborating with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions. This position requires hands-on experience working with complex databases, datasets, and BI tools, as well as a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics across eCommerce acquisition and retention tactics. This role is reporting to the Senior Director of Insights and Analytics while working very closely with our senior Marketing and Product leaders to chart the strategic direction of our commercial efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data across e-mail, SMS, and owned channels to inform campaign and segmentation strategy.
  • Become the go-to embedded analytical resource within the lifecycle marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the growth marketing team and analytics partners to establish an understanding of paid and owned channel overlap, and the role of paid channels in driving owned channel acquisition.
  • Lead data collection strategies to support reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure lifecycle program effectiveness and contribution to the business.
  • Own the development of dashboards to monitor lifecycle program and customer file KPIs and leverage those reports to inform actionable next steps towards improving customer lifetime value and subscriber retention.
  • Mine and report on insights from digital analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, multi-touch attribution, and customer data management platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree with an advanced degree preferred in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in an analytics role at an eCommerce company, preferably with a subscription model.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, extensive knowledge and experience working with large databases, data mining, and BI tools.
  • Strong SQL and BI tool experience is a must.
  • Mastery of digital analytics, specifically web analytics using Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Experience with analytical tools associated with performance media and offline channels, as well as multi-touch attribution and attribution modeling.
  • Working knowledge of statistical testing methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively orally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly, and to tight deadlines.

Our Office Locations

Bonafide Health headquarters are in Harrison, New York, approximately 22 miles north of Manhattan. We also have a satellite location in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City. This position will have the flexibility to use both locations, depending upon their preference and business needs. We will also consider non-NYC-based candidates.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $140,000 A performance bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.
