Cognify Search is partnered with start-up that is on a mission to be a global leader, they believe data is going to be the way they can achieve this.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Data that can help increase the sophistication of their data stack and use of data to help give them an edge.

The Head of Data will focus in on the following tasks:

• Increase the maturity of the relationship with data
• Change a mind-set towards customer-led organisation by ensuring proper data collection, segmentation analysis, experimentation & churn / LTV prediction
• Identify “low-hanging fruit” as well as develop a long term data strategy
• Develop our modern data stack further
• Manage a team and hire more!

We are looking for a tenacious, strategic business analyst with many years of relevant experience in data and analytics in consumer businesses.

Experience with the modern data stack, Looker is a plus!
